Ultimately the goal is to sell everything in one weekend. Sometimes an estate sale can require multiple weekends to sell everything.

Items that did not sell at the estate sale event: 

• Donation Coordination. 
• Bulk Liquidation to a resale vendor.
• Auction services for unique and exceptional collections.
• Disposal services for final cleanout. 

We coordinate with charities to donate unsold items for good causes. We work with JDog community service a veteran based charity or your charity of choice. 

For those exceptional and most unique items, we collaborate with Aarons Block Auction House. A well respected Detroit auction block house. The perfect place to sell your one of a kind treasure. 

As the final step of any estate sale event. We dispose of the remaining contents to leave you with a clean swept house. There really is no job too big or small. We have seen it all.
